The hotel is located at the first gate into the Alishan Forest. It is the highest-altitude international boutique resort hotel in Taiwan. The entire hotel is a gold-level green building, and is inspired by the cypress wood carriages of the Alishan Forest Train. The grille design outlines the image of a train. The entrance walkway of the lobby is themed with the image of a platform and sleepers, symbolizing the starting point of the journey of exploration.
