          • Dietary Restrictions: Following our tradition of encouraging our guests to “savor the world,” we arrange delicious local menus, but many restaurants cannot meet custom preferences. If you have a serious meal restriction (i.e., fatal allergy, vegetarian, etc.), please let us know before booking and we can check if it can be accommodated.
          • Local Climate & Conditions:
            • Roads in rural and wildlife areas are bumpy and dusty. While we do our best to provide a comfortable travel experience, be advised that game drive vehicles have no air conditioning and travel slow due to the terrain.
            • We will cross the border and depart to Kenya on Day 7. The time for immigration clearance procedures will be determined by border personnel.
            • Pregnant women or children under 47inches (120 cm) height, are not permitted to board on hot air balloon.
            • For air balloon safari, any passengers over 265lb (120kg) is required to pay an extra 50% fee in addition to the hot air balloon fee. 
            • In order to maintain the balance of the hot air balloon and safety considerations, please inform Supera staff of your weight information when booking.
            • The vehicles we arrange for game drive are 4x4 Land Cruiser shared by 4-5 passengers and guide. The guide will be alternating between vehicles throughout each game drive journey.
        • Accommodations:
          • Our rooms for this tour are reserved with twin rooms (2 beds/room), but hotels may have different configurations. Please refer to the Hotels section for details.
          • If you have special requirements, please inform us at time of booking so we may make arrangements as soon as possible.
          • For guest privacy and security considerations, we do not have single sharing arrangements.
        • Vaccine:
            All guests under 60 years old must complete yellow fever vaccination and obtain the International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICVP), also known as the ‘Yellow Book’, at least 2 months before their tour start date. Please bring the certificate with you to Tanzania and Kenya as proof of vaccination during spot checks. For details and exceptions, please see below:
          • Guests under 60 years old unable to receive the vaccination (for any reason) will need to provide a supporting document from a doctor in advance.
          • Guests over 60 years old are exempt from the Yellow Fever vaccination and waiver.
          • Yellow Fever vaccinations are currently limited in the United States. Please contact your local clinic ahead of time to make sure the vaccine is available in your area.
          • For more information, refer to the Yellow Fever Vaccine Clinic Information provided by the US Centers for Diseases Control and Prevention.

          • Please apply for your Tanzania & Kenya visa at least 30 days prior to the departure date. The cost of the visa is US$151 (subject to change).

          • Game drive vechicles spae is limited, it is recommend to use soft case type luggage
        • Flights and Luggage:
          • Some airlines charge a fee for pre-assigned seats. If so, we will let you know the details at time of booking.
          • If you are booking your own tickets, we recommend reserving at least 3 hours connecting time between international airports.
          • Luggage allowances will vary based on the rules for each airline. Excess baggage fees are the responsibility of the traveler.
